Power with not power over

May 11-12, 2021 Two days from 9:00-11:30 am Pacific Daylight time

Power With not Power Over invites us to know our power, to be powerful and to use our status for healing and liberation. You will leave with a more nuanced sense of who you are and what is your work to do, and connected to a community of continuous learners. Facilitated by Fleur Larsen, these workshops are designed so that you will receive valuable and concise information and participate actively yourself in small and brave spaces, so that you have the best chance to reflect and embody what you are learning. Please note this event is geared toward people who identify as white womxn. If that’s not you, don’t worry, we see you, and we’ll be bringing more for everyone on this journey wherever you are on the path. If this is for you, join us to connect, reflect, and become more of the change we want to see within ourselves, our organizations and communities.

Our events infuse joy and clarity of purpose back into the everyday work of meeting people's needs. We co-create lively, practical and transformative learning experiences with and for local governments to more powerfully engage people in cultivating healthy organizational culture while improving performance.

When we're working with you to facilitateyour next community event, you can expect that we will

START BY PUTTING PEOPLE AT THE CENTER

with human design strategies that value everyone’s capacity to speak powerfully.

We believe that truly transformative change begins with transforming ourselves and shifting our patterns of thought and action. Our “secret sauce” is baked into our way of being as individuals, teams and a vital network.

We dive deep to rise up
transforming adversity into resilience.
