Our Purpose: To improve the health and well-being of our communities by learning how to “turn the curve” on some of our most entrenched and complex community problems and use data to inform value-based decisions. To accomplish this, we offer:
- a lively and engaging learning experience and stories from local leaders and national experts
- a practical how-to “toolkit” based on proven practices
- a common vocabulary and set of recommended community indicators
- the “Results Based Accountability” framework for aligning government performance and community outcomes.
